Chris Pumphrey, President of Elevate Douglas Economic Partnership, noted, “Economic development is not only about recruiting new companies—it’s about celebrating the companies that have put down roots and thrived. Gordon Food Service is a perfect example of how the strategic use of incentive programs can yield long-term success for a business and transformational benefits for a community. Celebrations like this remind us why these investments matter and how they continue to pay dividends for Douglasville and Douglas County.”
