The Foxfield Company is proud to announce "The Trails" in Douglas County. This mixed use project will cover approximately 100 acres along Fairburn Road, with a secondary access point on Lee Rd Extension once it is completed. The developer has been working in concert with local government and economic leadership in Douglas County over the past three years to design a project that will have a lasting impact on the community. Our goal is to build the very best project possible and to include all of the stakeholders in the process.

The design of a balanced master plan includes the “best in class” of each tenant type, 575 luxury apartments and townhomes, a 110 room national hotel, Class A office space, a 40,000 square foot Commercial Village and an educational campus that will offer a technology/science based curriculum. All of these parcels will be connected by a series of sidewalks and walking paths that will eventually connect to the Douglas County trail system.
